For Business Owners  ·  Exit & Succession

A succession, not just a sale

You built the business. We offer a fair price, seller financing to ease the handover, and a local operator who will carry it forward. This page explains how it works.

Three things an owner should expect

01
A fair price

We value the business on its real earnings, using SDE, whether your books are clean or kept in your head. You can estimate the range yourself with our valuation tool before you speak to anyone.

02
Seller financing to aid the transition

Part of the price is paid over an agreed period. This keeps you involved while the business changes hands and supports a smooth transfer to the new operator. Terms are agreed with you, deal by deal.

03
An operator carries it forward

Every acquisition is led by a Sarawakian Bumiputera operator who joins the business and runs it day to day, under our mandate. Your staff and customers keep the business they know.

Rooted in the corridor, open to the right fit

Our focus is the Rajang corridor, and that is where we look first. If a business elsewhere in Malaysia has a model that can be replicated in Sarawak, we are willing to explore it. In that case the business opens an office in the corridor, a region with real room to grow, with the operator on board.

We are looking for owners who also want to see the Rajang corridor flourish, and who care what happens to their business and its people after they step back. If you only want the highest bidder, we are probably not the right buyer.

From first conversation to handover

01
A private conversation

Raphael speaks with you personally. It is confidential and unhurried, with no commitment on either side.

02
Understanding the business

We look at how the business really earns, using whatever records you have.

03
Agreeing terms

A letter of intent with price and seller financing terms, followed by due diligence.

04
Handover

The operator takes over, with you supporting the transition for the agreed period.
